Step one:
Prepare your solution
Pour cool boiled water into a mug with a tablespoon of White Vinegar, any brand will do.
Take your Cotton pad and dip it into the solution to soak it, press out the excess solution and fold the cotton pad into a strip.
Step two:
Placement
Place the cotton pad under the eye, on the upper contour of the cheek.
Leave the cotton pad for 3-4 minutes.
If it’s comfortable to do so, unfold the cotton pad, and with your finger over the cotton pad make small circular motions. This will help the skin that is laying on top, waiting to fall away, come away loosely and naturally.
Step three:
Cleanse
In a separate dish add more cool boiled water and a squirt of CeraVe cleanser.
Soak a new cotton pad, squeezing the excess liquid out before applying to the eye area.
You can hold the pad stationary to the area, if the skin is sensitive, or ideally, repeat the small circular motions used in step two.
You can let the area dry naturally or use a damp cloth to pat the area dry.
Step four:
Protect
Use a generous amount of Aquaphor to coat the area, you ideally want a hard gleam.
Repeat this step as often as needed to ensure the area never goes dry, the skin should ever feel tight.
